Come join your neighbors for the annual HOA Picnic and Meeting. We’ll have inflatables and games for the kids. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Come out and join your neighbors to watch a movie under the stars as we work into the fall season. We’ll have a popcorn machine, but feel free to bring any other drinks or snacks you’d like as well as a blanket or chairs to sit on. We’ll be voting on which movie to show here soon but it will be a kid friendly option!

Similar to last year, we'll have the chiefs game on the big screen the night following the movie for the kids. Feel free to stop by for the first half or the whole game! BYOB

We'll send off summer with loads of fun. Come get some Kona Ice and enjoy time celebrating with fun for everyone. There will be water games set up for the kids as well as a food truck to save you a night of cooking! The event will be from 5-7:30 PM on Delmar between Fontana and El Monte
