Annual Dues 2025:

Annual Homes Association Dues are $225.00 per year.

-Due annually July 1st but late fee will be assessed after July 7th . 

-$15 penalty for any late HOA payment received after 7/7

-On August 1st, trash will be turned off until annual $225.00 HOA fee and $15.00 late penalty fee is paid
